A Night of Masquerade and Mission

There’s something irresistible about the sparkle and the theatricality of a masquerade. On April 16th 2027, Mystique will bring that seldom-realized fantasy to life. Behind a mask, you can be bold, indulge your dramatic side, and share the delight of an evening far beyond the everyday.

With stunning performances and mysterious vignettes that delight the imagination, Mystique opens a world usually reserved for storybooks and film, all yours for one magical night.

Let yourself be swept up in the grandeur and intrigue of Mystique, Emerson’s premier fundraising gala held at Saint John’s Resort in Plymouth, Michigan. Enter a world of whimsical disguises and candlelit intrigue while helping shape a bright future for Emerson through generous support.

Mystique is truly a night worthy of anticipation.
Help bring MyStiQUe to life
Help set the stage for an evening of wonder while supporting Emerson’s students, teachers, and financial aid. Mystique sponsorships welcome businesses, families, and community partners who share a belief in the possibilities of an Emerson education.

Sponsorships underwrite the cost of the event, ensuring fundraising goes directly to our teachers, our students, and our school.

About MYStiQUe
This modern masquerade with a playful spirit offers a rare chance to wear something fabulous, embrace a little theater, and step into an evening you may have only imagined.

Aerialists perform overhead; psychics, mentalists, and magicians will host performances for you to discover whenever curiosity calls. A sumptuous dinner and tempting silent auction finds will add to the pleasure, while the live auction will bring the room together for spirited bidding. A grand unmasking will capture the joy of the occasion, and dancing will bring the ballroom to life.
Come revel in the sparkle and a little make-believe, surrounded by friends and united in generosity for Emerson.
An Invitation to Dress the Part
If you're curious about the dress code for Mystique, think fantasy formal: evening attire with room for imagination.
Bring your own interpretation, from a favorite suit or flowing gown to a dramatic flourish you have been waiting for an excuse to wear. From ascots to opera gloves, this is your opportunity to play dress-up and have fun.
Masks are encouraged, and a little theatricality is welcome.
Above all, wear what feels comfortable to you and makes the evening your own.
An exceptional education. A community that makes it richer.
Why Support Emerson?
At Emerson, small classes and a close-knit community help children discover their strengths. Giving at Mystique supports our teachers and programs, helps keep tuition affordable, and supports Emerson's financial aid program.

Financial aid brings an Emerson education within reach for families across a wider range of financial circumstances. Their experiences and perspectives enrich our community. Learning alongside peers whose lives differ from their own broadens students’ understanding of the world. That diversity helps keep Emerson uniquely Emerson.
Your generosity strengthens the learning and community that make Emerson special.
Where Grandeur
Meets Generosity

Saint John’s Resort sets the scene for Mystique with soaring ceilings, glittering chandeliers, and the timeless elegance of a bygone era.

That beauty is matched by a spirit of generosity. With 100% of its profits supporting charitable initiatives, Saint John’s also helps nonprofits make their own fundraising events more successful.

Its gracious hospitality and shared commitment to giving make it a fitting partner for Emerson.
